1) Shipping & Delivery
Standard Delivery: Delivery to most countries and territories to the destination country’s mail system. Shipment times and reliability vary based on the destination country’s mail system. These shipments are not traceable. P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a Ship To Address. (This shipping method, in exchange for lower shipping cost, does not offer damage insurance or shipment tracking to the ultimate recipient. When you select this method of international shipment, you waive all liability against ConTempoNet, or the carrier, for damage or loss of the shipment).
If the items are not delivered and are returned to us, we will contact the customer for a refund or a new shipping.
If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
Standard Delivery will be shipped in 5-7 business days and will be delivered in 20-25 business days after shipping.
For countries outside European Union delivering time could be longer.
If you are not able to receive the package at your billing address, please consider having your books deliver to an alternate address such as a commercial address, where someone will be available to receive your order.
Registered Air Mail: is Postal Service where a package is assigned with a 13 digit Registered Number, shipped in 3/5 business days and usually delivered in 7/20 business days after shipping. For countries outside European Union delivering time could be longer.
Shipments are traceable.
Business days are from monday to friday (holidays, saturdays and sundays are not business days).
Please note that the delivery times above are only an ESTIMATE AVERAGE of the actual delivery time: maximum delivery time could be up to twice the times indicated. Delivering times and reliability vary based on the destination country’s mail system.
International Premium (Available Soon): Delivered in 2/5 business days (+ 2 business days for shipping). . Quoted freight rates exclude import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, custom fees and document preparation fees. Shipments are traceable. P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a Ship To Address.

2) Delivery RatesFree Standard Delivery shipping is available for Customers in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery for other countries will be computed during the checkout.

3) PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card payments are available on our secure transition page at PayPal.com
The 'Confirm Order and go to PayPal' button opens a form where you can insert your credit card datas.

4) Returns
Customer has the right to recede (money back warranty) within 10 days from the receiving of the goods following the procedure in the paragraph "How to return the goods". If the customer wants to return the goods, the products must be intact. The refund applies only to the price of the product without any shipping cost, and will be done from 'ConTempoNet sas' within 14 days from the receiving of the goods using bank transfer or money-order depending on the customer's need. Obviously, if we ship the wrong product, the shipping costs are totally covered by 'ConTemponet sas'. After the return of the goods the customer can choose to accept the correct product or receding from the order.
How to return the goods
To return a product it is necessary to send a request by e-mail or by fax ( ++39 06 35502025) and obtain an authorization from 'ConTempoNet sas'. When you'll have our authorization (next business day) the customer must ship the goods within 30 days.

5) Taxes and/or import duties
If your residence / delivery address is within the European Union you will not be charged any customs duty, as you would normally pay VAT on the goods you purchase.
For orders placed outside the EU, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.
All prices are shown in Euro. Prices are shown including VAT.
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, prices shown at checkout are exclusive of VAT.

6) Registration
When you make your first order you will receive a login and password. You can use it to track your order or make further orders.
